Andrew is an expert in Toyota Business Practices and has extensive experience in Capability Development. He started his career in accounting, before moving into diverse roles in business planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategy. Most recently, Andrew has been consulting to international businesses on operations process improvement and teaching at RMIT University. ​

  • Andrew has a Bachelor of Business, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, Australia.​
  • Andrew holds Toyota Motor Corporation Global Learning Centre certifications as a Toyota Problem Solving Trainer.

Experience

  • Andrew was integral in creating cultural change through implementing Values & Behavior management across Toyota Motor Corporation Australia operations, identifying and empowering key groups and individuals within the business to become supporters of major change programs.​
  • Andrew has undertaken Business Strategy deployment, scenario development and analysis as well as modelling for Finance and Corporate Planning.
  • As key project support for the Global Efficiency Toyota program assisted in reviewing general and administration expenses across Toyota Australia the program resulted in a $20 million cost reduction over 3 years.​

Angelique is an experienced Master Black Belt with a knack for applying continuous improvement in green-field environments and turning laggards into leaders. She is a versatile and highly adaptive practitioner, with extensive operational and project management experience and a comprehensive improvement toolkit that includes Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and Transactional Design for Six Sigma.

Credentials

  • Angelique is qualified as an attorney and Lean Six Sigma trained through the Lean Six Sigma Academy of Dr. Mikel Harry, the Principal Architect of Six Sigma.
  • She was the first Black Belt in Europe and first Master Black Belt in Asia Pacific to be certified as part of Ford Motor Credit Company’s global Lean Six Sigma Program.
  • She is certified in both Agile and waterfall project management methodologies and holds in a CertIV in Training and Assessment.

Experience

  • Angelique has held senior leader roles in Audit & Compliance, Relationship Management, Project & Programs Management, Operational Management and Continuous Improvement.
  • She has taught continuous improvement in Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, South Africa and the Philippines and has deployed Lean Six Sigma Programs in Australia, Africa and Asia.
  • Throughout her career, Angelique has championed continuous improvement at both an operational and strategic level.
  • She has led her own operational teams of 40 plus staff in the application of Lean for every-day incremental improvements.
  • As a Master Belt, she has coached local and international project teams through the completion of more than 40 Six Sigma DMAIC and DFSS Black Belt projects, transforming large multi-national processes.
  • Angelique has a proven track record of delivering results and improving key metrics across a broad range of industries including financial services, health insurance, higher education and mining in Australia, Africa and Asia.

  • He was also a member of the APAC Executive Leadership Team at Thomson Reuters for their Tax & Accounting business.​
  • Recently, as CEO/Director of Business Development and Strategy to an US based fin-tech business, Sandeep increased revenue by 350% Australia, India and the GCC. Notably in India, Sandeep on-boarded over 300 of the top 1000 companies including several global banks such as Deutsche Bank and Nova Scotia Bank with its exclusive software and tax technology provider to KPMG.​

  • Tim is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality and is an ASQ ® Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence.​
  • He is also a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, Australia, the Victorian Chair of the Lean Construction Institute of Australasia, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, qualified AQF Trainer & Assessor (Cert IV), Certified Lean Design Practitioner and Dale Carnegie graduate.​

Experience

  • Tim facilitated the deployment of Lean Systems across Western Canada and Australia, training and supporting hundreds of team members in continuous improvement and quality principles.
  • This resulted in lead-time reductions of >80%, on-time delivery performance increases to 99%-of-plan along with dozens of visual workplace, autonomation and value design projects​.​
  • Since 2013, Tim has consulted across Government, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Agri-Food, Technology, Healthcare and Construction sectors, enabling companies to achieve sustainable growth through a customer & person-centric approach to Continuous Improvement and Innovation.​​
